The Hendricks County Festival of Trees is an annual Christmas market event that takes place at Ash & Oak Wedding Venue during the holiday season. It features themed Christmas trees decorated to the max, each one competing for the Title of Grand Champion of the festival! You'll also have the opportunity to paint an ornament, enjoy festive food and drinks, with festive music and spend time with Santa!

Local Non-profits are sponsored by local businesses to decorate a tree and enter it into the festival. the community can purchase tickets to visit the festival, see the trees AND have a designated time to see Santa! There is a silent auction that ends the last night of the Festival and all trees go to the highest bidder with proceeds going to charity.
Yes you can! You don't have to be present to bid on a tree. The auction takes place online with descriptions and pictures of each tree on a live auction site. The auction link will be on our social media pages the week of the festival. The auction will conclude at the end of the Festival will winning bidders picking up their trees the next day or requesting drop off for a fee.
If you are in a group of adults that came to see the trees, simply buy an adult that does not include time with Santa. All child tickets include special time with Santa, a paintable ornament and s'more.
It is not required to buy a ticket in advance, but it is highly recommended to ensure everyone has a great experience without being crowded or waiting in line.
